“No wagering” is not one universal rule.
| Condition | Published position | What to establish |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit turnover | The withdrawal clause allows an 8% fee, minimum €4 or equivalent, if a deposit has not been wagered once. | Ask which sum is used as the fee base and how the condition applies to your account. Do not gamble more merely to avoid a charge. |
| A promotion | Offer-specific bonus terms apply when you accept an offer. | Exact wagering, game contributions, maximum bet, expiry and withdrawal restrictions. No universal welcome offer is verified here. |
| Rewards Center | Bitz describes eligible USDT rewards without reward wagering and with claim windows. | Reward eligibility and the current claim rules. This claim does not cancel the general withdrawal or verification rules. |
| Identity checks | The operator reserves identity, address and additional checks before withdrawals or earlier. | Which documents are actually requested, the official submission route and whether review is complete. |

The €4 minimum can dominate a small base.
The arithmetic below assumes the operator applies 8% to the amount entered as a hypothetical fee-assessment base, then applies the €4 minimum. The public clause does not resolve the base for every account. This is not a quote for your withdrawal, a net payout or a reason to keep gambling.
| Assumed base | 8% calculation | Illustrated fee with €4 floor |
|---|---|---|
| €20 | €1.60 | €4.00 |
| €50 | €4.00 | €4.00 |
| €100 | €8.00 | €8.00 |
| €500 | €40.00 | €40.00 |
Before authorising a withdrawal, ask the operator for the actual fee base and an itemised charge explanation. The terms’ “entitled to deduct” wording is a reserved right, not evidence that every request receives the same charge.
Separate a minimum from a monthly ceiling.
The general terms state a €10 minimum per withdrawal, or currency equivalent, with an account-closure exception for the full balance. They state a normal €10,000 monthly maximum, reduced to €5,000 when the balance is at least ten times total deposits. These are published conditions, not a guarantee that any amount will be approved.
For this hypothetical example only, assume total deposits of €1,000 and interpret the threshold as balance ≥ 10 × total deposits:
| Hypothetical balance | Threshold test | Stated monthly ceiling in this illustration |
|---|---|---|
| €9,999 | Below €10,000 | €10,000 |
| €10,000 | At the threshold | €5,000 |
| €10,001 | Above the threshold | €5,000 |
The ceiling is not your withdrawable balance. We have not verified how the operator aggregates deposits, converts currencies, defines the monthly period or handles your account. Ask for a written explanation of the applicable cap. Do not infer a day-by-day payout schedule from these limits.

Registration does not finish verification.
The terms allow requests for photo identification, proof of address and additional checks such as a selfie or verification call. A picture ID and a recent utility bill are examples in the rules; the documents actually required may differ. Use the official account/support process. Never send identity documents or credentials to this review website.
The published withdrawal rules generally point back to the payment method used to deposit. A different destination is at the operator’s discretion and may trigger further checks. Confirm the allowed method and destination before assuming that another wallet, card or account will be accepted.
Eligibility and identity are different questions. Supplying documents does not override location restrictions. Read the age, restricted-location and VPN notes in the review before using the service.

Ask what stage has actually been reached.
The following are practical reasoning stages, not observed Bitz status labels. Do not treat one stage as proof of the next:
- Request recorded: save the request ID, amount, currency, date and the account’s exact status wording. A request is not approval.
- Account review: ask whether verification, payment ownership, an offer condition or a withdrawal limit is unresolved. Keep the operator’s explanation and the terms version. Do not invent a reason from a generic review.
- Payment said to be sent: ask for a transaction or processor reference and the dispatch time. For crypto, confirm the stated coin and network; the existence of a reference does not by itself settle receipt.
- Receipt: compare the operator reference with your payment provider or the relevant blockchain record. Keep evidence of any discrepancy. Do not publish private documents, full account data or credentials.
Start with the current official Bitz contact routes and FAQ. The footer publishes support@bitz.io; check the contact shown in your official session. We have not measured response times or dispute outcomes and cannot promise resolution. Avoid anyone requesting an off-platform payment or password in exchange for “releasing” a withdrawal.
