Registration and deposit checks come before betting.

The betting rules separate sportsbook mechanics from the operator’s account, payment and identity terms. First check age, residence and physical-location restrictions in the English terms. Do not use a VPN or another route to bypass restrictions. A page loading successfully does not establish permission to use it.

  1. Use one account and accurate registered details. The registration clauses require an accurate email and password confidentiality. Keep the registered communication route accessible; do not create a replacement account to fix access.
  2. Expect possible identity checks. Registration is not proof that verification is complete. Read what documents may be requested and use only a verified operator-requested channel.
  3. Inspect the eligible account cashier before committing funds. Confirm the currency, payment method and, for crypto, the exact network and destination. Read the displayed minimum, fees and any required payment reference. We have not verified a universal minimum deposit or method list.
  4. Check the way out as well as the way in. Confirm payment ownership, turnover, limits and withdrawal requirements. A deposit route does not automatically establish a withdrawal route.
  5. Set an affordable loss limit. Do not borrow, chase losses or treat betting as income. You can stop before registering or depositing.

The mobile/account guide covers access and support records; the withdrawal guide explains the published fee, limits and KYC conditions. No registration duration, anonymous-play promise or successful deposit is claimed.

Betting rules §1.6 and account terms · sports/account checks 1 November 2026; general contract reviewed 29–30 October. The terms display 19 August 2026; no revision date was established for the betting rules.

The sport name is only the starting point.

The official sportsbook description names football, tennis, basketball, hockey, volleyball, UFC and esports, plus live betting. These are operator-described categories, not a verified inventory of today’s fixtures, prices or markets. Availability can depend on the account and jurisdiction.

For a pre-match selection, read the offered event and market before it starts; for a live selection, the event is already underway and information or acceptance can change. A live scoreboard or stream is informational and may lag or be inaccurate. Do not treat it as a guaranteed real-time settlement feed.

  • Event: teams or players, competition and scheduled start, with timezone.
  • Market and selection: the precise outcome you are proposing, not just the team name.
  • Applicable period: full event, a named half/set/map, or another defined period. Check whether extra time is included; do not assume one rule for all sports.
  • Price and amount: displayed odds, currency, stake and potential return. Re-read any changed price before confirming.
  • Applicable rules: market-specific wording, the sport rules and then general rules.

Total return includes the stake.

For a winning Single, the published decimal-odds calculation is stake multiplied by odds. This simple example is hypothetical, not an offered Bitz price, recommended bet or predicted outcome:

AssumptionsPotential total return if winningNet profit if winning
€10 stake at decimal odds 2.50€10 × 2.50 = €25€25 − €10 stake = €15

This example assumes an ordinary winning settlement without adjustments or separate charges. A loss can lose the €10 stake; a void or adjusted outcome follows the applicable rules. Potential return is not guaranteed income or the same thing as profit.

A Single concerns one outcome. A Combo combines independent selections: the included selections need winning settlement under the applicable rules. A void, cancelled or adjusted selection is not automatically a lost Combo; read the exact market, sport and general provisions for its treatment. Do not assume every combination is permitted or use the example as a betting strategy.

Adding a selection is not acceptance.

The rules require express acceptance in the betslip and recording in the account history. Accepted bets appear in My Bets. A proposed selection, a click or a loading state alone does not establish a valid accepted bet.

Check the recorded bet ID, event, precise market, period, accepted odds, currency and stake. Keep the acceptance time and exact status. The rules describe accepted bets as not changeable by the user; do not assume you can edit or cancel after acceptance. We did not inspect an account history or submit a bet.

For football, the periods, totals, handicaps and interruption guide works through specific published clauses. Keep the account and acceptance workflow here separate from market settlement examples.

Use the rule hierarchy, then distinguish Cash Out.

The published precedence is market rules → sport rules → general rules. Read the exact market’s period and conditions before applying a general statement. Whether extra time, an interruption, a cancellation or an adjusted result matters depends on the applicable provisions; no universal sport-settlement rule is asserted here.

Cash Out is discretionary early bet settlement. The sportsbook may adjust, suspend or withdraw an offer. It is not available for every bet or guaranteed as an exit from a losing position. A displayed offer is different from a completed settlement.

A wallet withdrawal is a separate step. Even after bet settlement, sending money out is subject to the account’s withdrawal and verification conditions. The Cash Out label does not promise an external payment. Read the withdrawal guide and check any separate bonus/reward conditions.

Question the recorded bet, with the relevant rule.

Keep the bet ID, UTC acceptance time, accepted odds/stake/currency, exact event/market/period, displayed result and status, and the rule wording you believe applies. Save sanitized screenshots; do not post credentials or private payment records.

Ask support which rule and settlement stage apply, rather than guessing from a scoreboard. The official footer published support@bitz.io in the 1 November checks; verify the current contact on the official site. Use the support draft to organize a factual message. We cannot promise a reversal or response time.

These dated captures show the actual event/market layout and an expanded empty Betslip. First identify the event and market; a displayed price or an empty slip is not an accepted bet. The screenshots support interface interpretation, not a current fixture list or an odds comparison.
